Live the reef. Work the reef. Experience the breathtaking beauty of Raja Ampat while staying in private overwater bungalows on a secluded island. You will take part in coral restoration while living in one of the most biodiverse marine ecosystems on Earth.
Our programmes are designed for 2 or 4 weeks. All-inclusive on our Private Island. We combine practical experience with learning, allowing participants to actively contribute to our real ongoing projects.
Our programme includes 10–12 dives per week and one day off.
Our Coral Restoration Internship is not a free volunteer programme. Every contribution directly supports the reefs by funding restoration materials, local employment, and marine conservation education.
Build and install reef structures, plant coral fragments, ongoing reef maintenance and monitoring.
Coral ecology, reef ecosystem function, and restoration techniques through engaging sessions.
Participate in monitoring dives and basic data collection that contributes to our long-term reef health record.
Develop new skills and a deeper understanding of our marine ecosystem.
Access to kayaks throughout your stay to explore the island’s 70-hectare mangroves, hidden beaches, and coastline.
We welcome certified divers who want to develop specialised coral restoration skills in one of the world’s most biodiverse reef environments.
If you’re not yet dive-certified, we offer an integrated Open Water course so you can complete your certification and dive straight into restoration work.
